Today we stopped by Serious Texas BBQ and got the Sampler Plate. Every different kind of meat was moist and tender. We sat outside by the river and had a thoroughly enjoyable meal.

Our family of 7 shared 2 samplers and added some drinks and sides. Everything had great temp and flavor. We enjoyed it so much we came back two nights later and got the loaded baked potato. Yummy! They have the best tea to drink in town. On top of everything they have MINI GOLF! The course was fun for all and the beautiful location made it so memorable. If in Durango make time to stop here!

My partner and I went through the drive thru (we loved that option due to having a fussy baby) the guy at the window was so friendly, there was a mixup while ordering and he handled it like a pro, they hooked us up with some extra brisket for the trouble. We got pulled pork, brisket, and mac and cheese and on their own they’re amazing but they taste even better with the bbq sauce and jalapeno mustard! Definitely some of the best bbq I’ve had in awhile especially in CO

Awesome BBQ. (Spare Ribs!!) Great views overlooking the river. Very clean and well laid out. We sat on the rear balcony overlooking the river ....could have stayed there all day.

Serious Texas Bar-B-Q lives up to its name—seriously incredible! I had the sampler plate with brisket, pulled pork, sausage, and ribs, and every bite was tender, flavorful, and perfectly smoked. The brisket melted in my mouth, and the pulled pork was juicy with just the right amount of seasoning. The mac & cheese? Next-level—super cheesy and creamy, total comfort food done right. To top it all off, I tried both the apple cobbler and peach cobbler for dessert—warm, sweet, and the perfect finish to a fantastic meal. If you’re looking for authentic, mouthwatering BBQ, this place delivers. Highly recommend!

We stopped by for dessert yesterday evening. We are from Texas, so we're excited about seeing all the Texas flair going on! (Especially Texas State flag- Go Bobcats! But to me, it will always be Southwest Texas State- that's what it was called when I went there!). The place smelled great...the way BBQ is supposed to smell. The service was good. And of course, they served Blue Bell ice cream with the cobbler. We enjoyed the cobblers we had and we enjoyed being "home" away from home! Keep up the great work!

Our wedding guests raved about the food, and for good reason. Serious Texas BBQ delivered an incredible spread that was both delicious and hearty. Everything was hot, fresh, and perfectly cooked. This was such a great meal. Definitely recommend it to anyone. The sampler platter was great and the ribs were incredible. Staff was friendly too.
